Staff Background:

Mr. James Farmer is the primary representative for Innovative Resources, Co. and
their public relations program. He is a member of the Public Relations Society of
America
(PRSA) since 1999 with training in media relations, crisis communications
and mass media.

Farmer
's background includes working as publisher of a daily newspaper, and a
print and electronic (radio/TV/web) journalist. In additi
on, Farmer also has
experience as a
public relations director for a public institution of higher education
and the marketing director of an award winning super regional shopping center with
sales in excess of $
200 million. While director of the center, one special event drew
over 25,000 visitors in a few hours to the center

Farmer is
currently an adjunct faculty in communications, business, marketing and
humanities
in higher education and has been the president of a public relations firm
for over
20 years.

One project Farmer worked on, was the development
of a high speed Internet
access/network to Southeast Colorado. The project is a cooperative
effort with the
University of Colorado, Colorado State University, University of Colorado Health
Sciences Center, The Colorado Community College and Occupational Education
System, Otero Junior College, Lamar Community College and the K-12 Schools in
SE Colorado BOCES. The Arkansas Valley Demonstration Project (in
telecommunications) is one of the few Connect Colorado (C2) projects still paying
back dividends to the citizens of Colorado. Students in the most remote parts of
Colorado now have access that rivals/exceeds that of major metropolitan areas. An
unrealized potential for
additional advance telecommunications activities in
America's last frontier is now possible!

Additional staff may be available for projects in the SF Bay Area of California,
Denver, Colorado, Dallas, Texas and Washington D.C.
